Esther Project – Empowering Vulnerable Women

Esther Project - Empowering Vulnerable Women

Esther is a time for women to come together with other women struggling with different situations that make them vulnerable – this could be domestic violence, mental health or addictions. It’s a place of safety and a space to develop new friendships and to assured you’re not on your own.

The group have a range of sessions to get together, build friendships and learn. They range from budget cookery to craft sessions to having guests to run sessions.

If you or someone you know would benefit from this session – please come join us in this lovely group. You’d be so welcome!

Esther sessions are at The Lighthouse on Tuesdays 12:30pm – 2:30pm

If you or someone you know would benefit from support from our charity in Leamington, Warwick & Kenilworth, get in touch or pop into The Lighthouse.

Helping Hands Community Project encourages our clients to move towards their goals building self esteem through accessing a range of services including volunteering.

The Esther project is part of a range of support that we offer to help people get back on their feet.
