Esther Project – Empowering Vulnerable Women

Esther Project - Empowering Vulnerable Women

Our Esther Project is a community for vulnerable women who feel alone in their struggles. The women in our group suffer from a range of issues, including domestic violence, psychological abuse, addiction and mental health illness. They need the support of those who understand them and can help them find a new path in life. In many cases, our community can be lifesaving. The mental health struggle of the past year has seen our group grow, as more women have come to us for help.

Our weekly support group welcomes women into a safe space free from judgement – we listen, and sometimes that’s all that is needed. They meet new friends, discuss their challenges, and learn new skills to help them find work and improve their well-being, such as growing vegetables, self-care, art, dancing, yoga, cooking and more. We help them to feel empowered and to make positive changes.

If you or someone you know would benefit from this session – please come join us in this lovely group. You’d be so welcome!

If you or someone you know would benefit from support from our charity in Leamington, Warwick & Kenilworth, get in touch or pop into The Lighthouse.

Helping Hands Community Project encourages our clients to move towards their goals building self esteem through accessing a range of services including volunteering.

The Esther project is part of a range of support that we offer to help people get back on their feet.
