Our Team

Our charity is all about local people helping local people in need. We give people the support and opportunities to feel better about themselves, be more active in the community and get back into work. Our team provide the basics through our soup kitchen and give a hand up not just a hand out through new skills, experience and qualifications.

We could not do any of this without the dedicated support of our team – the CEO, Lianne Kirkman, Trustees, Staff and Volunteers.

We are very lucky to have a brilliant team of over 60 volunteers who support the charity in a range of ways each with talents to share to support the most vulnerable in our community.

Roles include:

Soup kitchen team leads, Support workers, Soup maker, birthday cake makers, sandwich makers
House2Home Referral & Donations co-ordinators, drivers and stock sorters
Shop assistant, Shop stock sorter, Window dresser
Office & bathroom cleaner
Fundraiser, Grant applications team
Website & communications team, Events co-ordinator
